• prop-104 Clarifying demonstrated needs requirement in
IPv4 transfer policy
– Increased the demonstrated need evaluation period for IPv4
transfer recipients to 24 months.
– Implemented 18 February 2013
• prop-101 Removing multihoming requirement for IPv6
portable assignments
– Removed multihoming as an absolute requirement for IPv6 address
assignments opening the way for Provider Independent space for
justified reasons.
– Implemented 18 February 2013
3. Currently on mailing list
• prop-105 Distribution of returned IPv4 address
(Modification of prop-088)
– Proposed a separate distribution policy for any space allocated to
APNIC by the IANA under the "Global policy for post exhaustion
IPv4 allocation mechanisms by the IANA”.
– Did not reach consensus at APNIC 35 and was returned to the
author for further work
