  1. 1. 1 Win-lose conditioning WHAT’S INSIDE 2 The Win-win mindset 3 No deal 4 The 4 dimensions of win-win 5 Win-win agreements
  2. 2. 1 Win-lose conditioningOur attitudes & behaviours flow out of our paradigms. To manage our attitudes & behaviours, we first ‘shift’ our paradigms.
  3. 3. With the social mirrors that surround us,
  4. 4. Everything communicates war, contest, win-lose.
  5. 5. win-lose the mind.
  6. 6. The zero-sum Mentality,
  7. 7. Simply Makes people don’t trust anyone, or anything.
  8. 8. For people who derive their sense of self-worth
  9. 9. from being compared with the externals,
  10. 10. from the social mirrors out there,
  11. 11. How do you think they would stack up?
  12. 12. They fear that if they share knowledge,
  13. 13. they’ll their .
  14. 14. That when they give others the same awareness they have,
  15. 15. They’ll lose power.
  16. 16. Like a piece of pie, there’s only so much.
  17. 17. People with such mentality will inevitably produce
  18. 18. “criticize cultures”,
  19. 19. among those so-called “important people”,
  20. 20. They’ll go lose-win.
  21. 21. Then,
  22. 22. they take out their negative energies
  23. 23. on those whom they can control,
  24. 24. So that
  25. 25. they’re lose-win above, And win-lose below.
  26. 26. 2 The win-win MindsetEverything begins in the mind.
  27. 27. Think ,
  28. 28. The spirit of cooperation,
  29. 29. The idea of abundance, Never scarcity.
  30. 30. There’s plenty out there to spare,
  31. 31. For , for , for .
  32. 32. With the belief that
  33. 33. We can nurture competency higher than our own,
  34. 34. and not be threatened by it.
  35. 35. That We can recognition, knowledge, profit, Gain,
  36. 36. With .
  37. 37. That The pie will only get larger & larger.
  38. 38. Why
  39. 39. Because through the interaction on win-win basis,
  40. 40. More ingenuity,
  41. 41. More intelligence,
  42. 42. And More wisdom;
  43. 43. The roots of the win-win mindset comes deep out of
  44. 44. If we have achieved that private victory,
  45. 45. If that private victory is real,
  46. 46. We are ,
  47. 47. So we can afford to be vulnerable on the surface of our lives.
  48. 48. We can share What we have & ,
  49. 49. 3 No dealNo deal can be one of the most liberating options available.
  50. 50. No Deal means
  51. 51. “we agree to disagree agreeably.”
  52. 52. Win-win means
  53. 53. “we consent together”.
  54. 54. If you and I both agree to disagree,
  55. 55. That is also a win-win.
  56. 56. Think of “No deal” as a form of .
  57. 57. In terms of...
  58. 58. having an option is better than no option.
  59. 59. There will be times That we get caught up in situations
  60. 60. where we’re locked in without any other options to a win-win conclusion.
  61. 61. If we can come out with a “no deal” option
  62. 62. In Which the person you are transacting with feels
  63. 63. “that was an honest, equitable, and fair settlement,”
  64. 64. And you feel the same way.
  65. 65. Then,
  66. 66. That is a win-win.
  67. 67. The suggestion is that ~
  68. 68. There are times when “No deal” can be one of the most liberating options imaginable.
  69. 69. 4 The 4 dimensions Of win-winWin-Win is an attitude.
  70. 70. 5 Win-win agreementsIt is easier to manage an agreement than to manage a person.
  71. 71. An effective person manages agreements.
  72. 72. Once agreements are made on an adult-to-adult basis,
  73. 73. People don’t have to be managed anymore.
  74. 74. What gets managed is the agreement.
  75. 75. A win-win agreement should include these considerations:
  76. 76. Win-win is not all about Being nice & being soft.
  77. 77. Win-win is so much
  78. 78. Even tougher Than win-lose.
  79. 79. In the initial stages, we have to be on ourselves.
  80. 80. So as to cultivate qualities like ~
  81. 81. sensitivity empathy consideration openness
  82. 82. At the same time, While doing that,
  83. 83. And That requires A Balance of
  84. 84. That balance is called
  85. 85. Maturity is a product of .
  86. 86. And integrity is being ~
  87. 87. To Integrate around Principles.
