Google Now has become a big part of the Android experience and will likely be even more prominent in time to come with its new updates.

That is why it's about time to get familiar with all the possibilities Google Now has to offer.

In this deck, I'm particularly highlighting the Voice Commands, which can be categorized into 2 types - Voice Search & Voice Actions.

I hope you find this info useful and would be able to start using the fantastic functions on your Android device right after you read them!

  • @Shaona Williams You are so right! It’s pretty clear that you must be an active user of this ultra-cool app. That gives me reasons to believe that you might have already tried "Now on Tap", currently only available in Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). I'm still running on Lollipop and until Sony is ready to release its firmware of that version, I could only anticipate eagerly. : ( Anyway, I believe you’d notice that my work on this deck focuses solely on the voice functions of the app and didn't really touch on Google Now Cards – something which you've already highlighted in your comments. I totally agree that the Cards are simply just as amazing as OK Google!

  • Google Now, a mind-reading personal assistant for iOS & Android, has gotten a ton of updates lately, making it the perfect smartphone companion. You probably know that Google Now will give you information on things you've recently searched, but it can do more than that. It'll also alert you of breaking news, storm warnings, other important things. Plus, you can tell it to keep you up to date on certain people or let you know when your favorite blog updates with a new post.
