The obesity statistics are simply mind-boggling. I couldn't believe the magnitude this problem seems to have reached when I first read the USA statistics alone.

Have a brief look at the stats yourself. I also discuss a few important reasons for the rise in obesity levels worldwide as well as discuss a few remedies for treating this epidemic!
