Treedom is a commercial Oud Oil manufacturer and distributor of wholesale and retail products
under its Dar al Oud retail brand to the global fragrance and perfume markets
To cash flow raw material feedstock supply operations to address the long-term nature of raw
material growth, Treedom offers forward purchase contracts used to develop and maintain raw
material feedstock to maturity
On maturity raw material feedstock supply is processed, products sold onto the market. investor
money returned and profit shared with investor. Feedstock supply is re-planted i.e. sustainability

4. The Treedom Group is a luxury aromatic Oud oil manufacturer and supplier to the
global fragrance and perfume markets. The parent company is located in Hong Kong and boasts
one of the largest manufacturing facilities in South East Asia.

Monies received into the Treedom Group purchases a Forward Purchase Agreement (‘FPA’) for
the client
The FPA is entered as an asset onto the client’s balance sheet and full financial benefit returns
are made to the client
Sales personnel forego their sales commissions
Treedom foregoe’s its profit element
Treedom foregoe’s its marketing spend in this area
The sales commissions, profit and marketing spend are converted to a donation to
PATT Foundation
