In thissession we will walk through the five stepsof experimentation spending time on eachof the steps: discovery, exploration, playing,learning and loving (or hating). We willfocus on technology tools that improveservices to our library members, but thissession will apply equally for face-to-faceinteractions as well as virtual interactions.
