An Swinnen is the Managing Director of BECS, an award- winning training company based in London that specialises in customised mental health, business and management courses. She received the British Business Forum Excellence Award in Kuwait and the Venus Networker of the Year in Devon Award. An was a finalist of the UK Trainer of the Year Award in London. An Swinnen is a Solution Focused Psychotherapist and Author of “Brain Based Stress Management” and “The Mental Health Survival Guide (Because It’s a Jungle Out There)”. This is an open event so feel free to invite family, friends and those who might benefit. See you there! An will explain in a simple and fun way how the brain works, what the causes are of depression, anxiety and burnout and more importantly, what can be done about it. Attendees will be given a copy of her book “Brain Based Stress Management” and a toolbox, so they can learn to control their own mental health, emotional wellbeing and improve all aspects of their life.
