  • Good imaginary questions! Slide 27 and 29 triggered me as follows. A lot of organizations are in the squeeze of commodity. They are in an urgent need for creativity. The good news is that this creativity is around them. To scale it, requires a different role of the leader. They need to learn not to manage creativity but manage for creativity. Then you integrate the in-house and external multiple identities which are so important to see new chances, create new ideas and commercialize on them. Kind regards, Marieke
