Basic Facts! <ul><li>There is only 35 left in the world! </li></ul><ul><li>They come from the river Amur! </li></ul><ul><li>The river Amur is located between Russia and China. </li></ul><ul><li>They are a fawn a (tanned orange) and black. </li></ul><ul><li>They have beautiful faces. </li></ul><ul><li>Their green eyes are huge and oval. </li></ul>
  3. 4. The Cubs… AAWWW… <ul><li>As you can see… they are cute. </li></ul><ul><li>They tend to be a little pudgy when they are slightly older. </li></ul><ul><li>They are born not unlike a polar bear except with a little more fur. </li></ul>
  4. 5. Threats! <ul><li>The main threat is poachers. </li></ul><ul><li>They are killed in deer snares by accident. </li></ul><ul><li>2002 dead Amur leopards in Russia, </li></ul><ul><li>2 dead in China. </li></ul>
