  • This is a great summary of Eric's concepts and the main ideas of his book, 'The Lean Startup'. His book has been the catalyst to move me from an ad-hoc, agile development mindset into a clear, formal process that combines Agile with Lean. The main difference is that I now think of everything as an assumption that must be validated before being fully implemented.
