  2. 2. Case 1• A middle age women brought with c/o abnormal behavior -1 day unresponsiveness - 2 hrs .• o/e pt had automatisms (oral).• Prov. diagnosis -CPSE

  12. 12. Case 4• Adolescent boy with sudden onset urinary retention , mild weakness of both lower limbs -1 day.
  13. 13. CASE 5• 12 yr old boy with abnormal behavior and drowsiness-10 days duration.• H/o dog bite -8 days prior to illness.
