 Number of publications in a year.  The more the
faster the review will come in.
 Ratings. Scopus journals are indexed from Q1
(highest) to Q4 (lowest)
 Subject categories. Is it more general or more
specific?
 Place of publication. Less developed countries are
less restrictive
 Submission type. Online? Email? Hardcopy?
