The advice is right but it won’t work simply by repeating a thought like...I am healthy...I am healthy...I am healthy... Try to feel it when you say the words - I am healthy. At least for the time you are going to repeating it :) (Do it again) That’s how it works. If you feel it, your subconscious believes it & vice-versa, and that my friend, will change your life for forever.

Write down the things you believe in and things you want in life. Tip: When you are contemplating, thoughts might come in random order. Take notes in the order they are coming. Later, classify them as shown on next slide.

Sit down quietly at one place and close your eyes. Relax your breath. 3. Remember how you want your life to be. 4. Become aware of how your expectations differ from you beliefs. 5. Now let go of everything you think and start repeating your affirmations slowly one by one until you start to feel that way.
