The role of the coordinator 0.4wte Publicise your Virtual network Increase your membership Visiting you in the community or university Attend your conferences Facilitate relationships between you and the research experts to develop your projects or provide you with an opportunity to contribute to the process Support the development of your research study to portfolio status Provide mentorship for you Link you with education, industry, practice, research and publishing Encourage you to share your publications on our website Facilitate master classes Lead/facilitate studies Provide support to the quarterly CNRS board Develop operational documents for the strategy To coordinate the development of community nursing research

To conclude….. • We are a developing voice for community nursing research in Wales – 0.4wte coordinator since August 2013 – Virtual network – 144 members /250 target – Development of research themes- 9 themes – Pilot studies- £60k funding – Publications- 5 – This conference- >100 delegates, opportunity to showcase what we are currently doing. – Supporting new ideas, groups, bids, protocol development and research delivery • Helping you to develop evidence based practice for your patients in Wales
