  • We represent Beck Technology, a member of the Beck Group of companies You may have heard of the Beck Group, they are an almost 100 year old ENR top 50 GC based in Dallas TX Beck Technology was formed in the mid 1990’s and selling DProfiler the software we are here to show you today since late 2006 DProfiler is an integrated modeling and cost estimating tool aimed at the earliest phases of a project enabling its users to make smarter, better, more informed decisions prior to an owner go/no go decision We currently have around 20% of ENR companies using our technology

  • Our initial challenge was to define the multiple bldg types represented in the project. Dormitories, classroom bldgs, office/administrative bldgs. Etc. We used these project data sheets to capture high level assumptions with respect to each bldg type and the characteristics that we would find common across similar bldg types. Information such as interior partition ratios, finish types, foundation types, structural types, et.c
