  2. 2. 3 As we know, blended learning combines advantages of synchronous and asynchronous learning. This is why it is crucial to use this type of education. Reasons to use blended learning: • quality improvement of education programs; • support of students who needs individualized attention; • helps students to reach their full potential; • instantaneous feedback; • comfortable pace for everyone.
  3. 3. 4 I started teaching the course Professional English for Master students of Heat power engineering this year. Now I have printed (books) and digital (video, presentations) materials to support this course. I plan to implement e-Learning technologies to increase students’ interest to the course and improve their language skills in the area of Heat power engineering.
  4. 4. 5 During this course I hope to improve plans for my own course by learning new ways to deliver information, assess students and work with different digital resources. My final goal is to provide ideal combination of online and face-to-face education for my course and to improve uptake of content by the students.
