4. Disability is one condition
under which certain people
have physical, mental,
intellectual or sensory
impairments which in
interaction with various
barriers may hinder their full
and effective participation in
society on an equal basis
with others. Many times the
word disability term is
replaced by the (special) so
called special people.
It is estimated that over 500
million people worldwide
have any physical, mental or
sensory and about 80% of
them live in developing
countries.
5. In our country and various parts of the world
to this people with disabilities are often
denied rejects the possibility of education or
professional development, are excluded from
the cultural life and normal social relations,
they are admitted into institutions
unnecessarily. But that may change and
should be for the reason that all citizens
collaborate with them for social integration
and inclusion in any activity.
