  2. 2. ProgramKen Phillips (NCP 64-66) will brief us on the AAI Transformation Project to Unleash AIESEC’s GlobalPotential. Ken attended AAIM in Hungary in February 2012, where a new board was elected with a mandate to unite the 46 national AIESEC alumni associations into a global organization withcommon goals and initiatives. Ken is leading a team to tweak the mission statement and branding aspects of the project. AIESEC alumni have long believed in the impact we can have in the world, but for more than 50 years, despite enthusiasm, very hard work, and the best of intentions, we have remained asleeping giant. We have a choice to make: keep our alumni effort as it is or transform it into the highperforming giant we know it can be.
