  3. 3. About “Arneil Ranch Park” This park has a playground area, four swings, bbq areas with multiple tables, running track, fitness courts, and bathrooms.
  4. 4. This is a playground area for the children of all ages to play on, from toddler to School age children. The Lower Section is for the Toddler area , 7inches for the platforms The Upper Section is for Preschool and School age Children at 12 to 18 inches for the platforms, (Arch climber is on the upper sections) The area is surrounded by sand and has small section of a unitary surface which both are not compacted and safe for soft landings (Adequate protective surfacing under and around the equipment) Has a Big tree for shade, for the children to cool off in. The equipment has a soft material and smooth railings (no open bolts or screws and no rust) The Head entrapment is clear and open enough for children to prevent from entangle.
  5. 5. The swings are designed for Toddler to School Age levels There are two different styles: the full bucket seat swing to the belt swing, both are Singe-Axis Swings (one direction, back and forward). They both are spacious to prevent a collision The sand area in this section may contain some leaves and sticks but safe for soft landings. The perimeter does extend from the direction of the swings space 6 feet, front and back. No open bolts, rust, cracks, or chipping present.
  6. 6. This area would be more for Preschool and School Age children because the fall height limit is more than 32 inches. When there are two climbers, it has easy traffic flow. The Rungs are round and it does not turn. Sand is clear and not impacted The cross section
