  3.  Nice spacious shop  All the product is grouped by colors  Music is ok  Staff says hello and forgets about you  Stuff on sale is far from the entrance.
  4. Little shop  All the product is grouped by colors  Jackets and coats hand near the entrance; clothes grouped by colors  Staff says hello and offers assistance  Stuff on sale is far from the entrance near the cashier  Feels good in the store, like at a friend’s house.
  5. Spacious store  Security meets you immediately and watches you all the time (feels weird)  Clothes grouped by style and categories  Staff does not contact  Stuff on sale is far from the entrance near the cashier  It is warm in the store and music is a bit aggressive

  7.  There are different brands and shops with different goals.  There are “fastfood” type of shops where a customer can do self-service for cheap price and the overflow of customers has to be fast.  There are more cozy and relaxed stores where you can take your time choosing and receive staff’s assistance and help.
