(i.e.) The previous work of online billing system, e-biller not able tomade the billing at offline mode, he achieving the work target at only in onlinemode. And it is not provide the security and data sharing to the manager. Ifmanager want to know the details of other branches challenges is not possible. It’snot Provide the proper interaction between Manager/Administrator andBranch/Shop.Benefit of Purpose:Here we achieve the benefits of providing the security, efficiency of transaction. Inthis work we deal the security, data sharing between Manager/Administrator andBranch/Shop (Local Officer). From our work we are achieving the offline modebilling. E-biller can able to make the bill in online and offline mode; in our onlineweb based billing system both are possible. We provide the two modules ofAdministrator module and branch, from administrator module we can achieve theAccept newly registered shops, View bills from the branches, Send Messages tobranches. From Branch module we can achieve the Billing, View/Edit bill,Customize biller.
