OTHER POSSIBLE TASKS  Research of all kinds  Handling customer support -- we will train o Reply to email questions o Live chat admin with customers o Live chat admin with potential customers  Marketing websites: o Linking (i.e. getting back-links to our websites)  Submitting articles to directories  Examining and responding to link requests  Submitting links to link directories  Finding prospective linking partners and emailing link exchange requests  Finding relevant blogs, guest books, forums etc. and posting replies (with back- link in "tagline")  Various other back-linking strategies o Email marketing  Preparing emails for mailing  Sending emails to our lists o Affiliate marketing  Finding and emailing potential affiliates  Managing affiliates  Preparing list of commissions due  Creating and posting relevant content to our "Affiliate Support Center" o Periodic review and reporting of PayPerClick accounts  Mailing newsletters: preparing and mailing newsletters to subscriber list (we will train)  Help with processing new clients o Adding & removing from email lists o Preparing "Membership" certificates o Sending "welcome" email  Misc. tasks o Sorting through emails and deleting obvious spam o Keyword research o Research and create eBooks o Submit eBooks to eBook directories o Preparing files for client websites (i.e. formatting content before sending to our designer: we will train) o Help in client website setup (misc. tasks -- creating new accounts, email forwarders, forums, etc. -- we will train) o Blog and forum administration  Managing writing staff o Evaluating writing samples o Posting to blogs  Freelance Sites o Post and manage projects on eLance, Rent-A-Coder and other job sites o Evaluate bids, review portfolios and sort best candidates o Award and pay for bids
  4. 4. o Keep track of all jobs awarded, payments, dates etc on a spreadsheet  Transcription o Transcribe audio/video into textSKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES  HTML & website management o Must have some basic knowledge of HTML o Must be comfortable using HTML editing software o Must be comfortable with FTP software  Software o Must be proficient and comfortable with using software in general and willing to learn new applications o Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, WinZip  SEO o Must have basic (but not necessarily expert) knowledge of Search Engine Optimization  Communication skills o Must have a strong command of the English language
