  • Call Smarter, Inc specializes in finding contact center campaigns for our preferred vendors. We offer unbiased assistance to both clients and our vendors where ever asked and needed. Because we have extensive experience in the industry we use this to assist our vendors through whatever issues they might have. Not only in finding campaigns, but with all issues that can arise in a contact center.
  • So how can partnering with Call Smarter help your company? Because we have been “around the block” we can use our connections to find you programs that you can excel with! And by doing this, we save you time and money on searching for new business. Many of our vendors have been able to decrease their marketing and advertising efforts to near $0. We provide personal assistance with issues within your center and assist in contract negotiations if needed.
  • What type of programs do we work with? The answer is almost anything. Here is a list of the most common.
  • So what is a vendors role in the partnership? It is crucial for vendors to be upfront with any concerns that there may be within their center. It is our goal to assist in any way that we possibly can, but we cannot do this if we do not know the issue. Clients WANT to find a center that they can depend on for the long haul, we want to be sure that YOUR center can do that for them! Let us know what type of programs that you DON’T want. This eliminates wasted time and effort on both of our parts. Try to consider any suggestions that we may have for you, we deal with a lot of vendors and we have seen what works and what doesn’t. We don’t mean you have to DO what we say, but think about it. We ask that you respond to the referrals quickly. The faster you respond the better chance there is you will close the deal. Clients want to see vendors that are eager and willing to take on and perform well on their projects! Typically a good rule of thumb is to respond within 24 business hours. When asked for information, be as thorough and quick as possible. From time to time we may ask for things such as recordings of your current agents, a sample script, a bio of agents that may be working on a specific program etc. the more accurate and timely we receive these the better the chance of negotiating a contract. And finally, communicate with us and your clients! Lack of communication really shows lack of participation and dependability.
  • So if you decide that partnering with us is a good fit, what should you expect from Call Smarter? Number 1, we are all courteous, knowledgeable and experienced in the contact center industry. We are dedicated to help you and are ready to work WITH you to build your business. We will always provide you with honest feedback good and bad and we are willing to assist you all along the way in areas that you may need help with.
  • What shouldn’t you expect from Call Smarter? Call Smarter will not make the deals for you. We are a third party to make the connections between you and potential clients. We will however, assist when asked and needed in HELPING to secure a deal. Don’t expect to get new programs overnight, clients are not usually speedy, and it may take time to get referrals that fit your company and a clients needs. Lastly, don’t expect that you will get a contract on every referral sent to you. This is just not realistic and contracts may not happen for many reasons.
  • Just a bit about Call Smarter. We were born in 2001. We started out as a remote call center that morphed into a consulting firm over our first two years in business. We are based in a small farming community in Northeastern SD. Principles of the company Amy Mortenson (myself) and Roberta Jensen. We have both been in the industry for more than 14 years and we have together connected near 200 campaigns to date to various centers across the world. FAQ’S <ul><li>Question: What is Required to Become Preferred Vendor? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer: Because we pride ourselves in bringing the best of the best to our clients, we are dedicated to finding the right vendors to partner with. We require that all vendors submit references, have adequate seats, up to date technology, good management and quality training programs. </li></ul><ul><li>Question: Do you provide references for Call Smarter, Inc? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer: YES! We have made this a streamlined process for the convenience of our current vendors and new potential vendors. FAQ’S <ul><li>Question: How many vendors are you currently working with? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer: At this point we have over 50 vendors, although many are considered “inactive” either because they have reached their capacity, or they have asked not to receive new campaigns at this time. Total active vendors at this point are Domestic: 17 and Off Shore 13 </li></ul><ul><li>Question: How many clients do you refer in any given month? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer: This varies dramatically depending upon our requests. We average about 25 requests per month, out of those we generally narrow that down to 5 qualified clients that we refer per month. </li></ul>
    11. 11. FAQ’S <ul><li>Question : How do we pay you? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer : We are paid based on the commission agreed upon at agreement signing. This varies between 7% and 15% depending upon the size of the project and seats required. We are paid on the net billing to the client monthly. </li></ul><ul><li>Question : What is the deposit on Referral Fees: </li></ul><ul><li>Answer : Call Smarter requires a $1000 deposit from each vendor on future referral fees. This is to ensure the commitment to respond to referrals, this deposit is on your account and is used towards any future payments of commissions owed to us. We do offer a refund of this if we do not match you with any qualified referrals within 3 months of agreement signing. </li></ul>

FAQ’S <ul><li>Question: What is the process to become a Vendor? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer: First you must fill out the application on our website, or send us an email requesting the application and information. We then evaluate your company and set terms for the agreement. Once we decide that your company is a good fit the agreement is signed and deposit paid. We then dedicate to find your company projects! </li></ul><ul><li>Question: What is considered a qualified referral? </li></ul><ul><li>Answer: When a client comes to us looking for a contact center, we interview the client and find out exactly what they are looking for. We then do reference checks on the client to ensure the companies stability and ability to pay for services. Once this is complete, we look for our vendors that have experience and knowledge to complete the project. A typical requirement is that a project is longer than 6 months. </li></ul>
