  3. 3. Recipe In a container we pour the flour, yeast, water and salt. We move well the dough until that the dough is thick enought. You can make the omelet, you have to put the oil in the fire and when it is boiling you fry the mase. When they are hot if you want you can throw them sugar.

  5. 5. Ingredients 6 eggs ½ kg of flour Cinnamon Sugar Oil
  6. 6. Recipe You beat the eggs , pour the water, a little cinnamon and the flour afterwards you knead all. You put the mold in the oil, later you put the floretas for it keeps hot, afterwards you put the mold in the dough for that to stick. You put in the frying pan the mold with the dough before the dough falls off of the mold. Finally, when they are chips, you take it out and you sprinkle some sugar. This is the mold.
