The alter ego strategy is about to decide which behavior or personality a person should use to handle a particular situation. <br />For example:<br />If a person dose wrong then usually you will become angry, it declines your thinking power on the other be calm and understand why he had done this wrong and find out root cause of the problem.<br />
    38. 38. Different personalities are the alter egos. <br />If you had given a task to your subordinate to complete , you can do it in a better way but keep your self in the place of your subordinate and then think what problems can he face in doing it. <br />

    40. 40. If you tell someone about your goal and they started to make jokes about it you can tell him “normally, I’d ignore what you said, now tell will you support me. <br />The other person will most probably stop making jokes about it and support you.<br />
    41. 41. you expected to treat people with the same respect you want them to treat you.<br />There’s no guarantee that all people would act like you want them to but at least, you broke the old pattern of negative behavior.<br />
