Or Personality is generally defined asthe deeply ingrained and relatively enduringpatterns of thought, feeling and behavior. In fact,when one refers to personality, it generally impliesto all what is unique about an individual, thecharacteristics that makes one stand out in acrowd.

  12. 12.  Rationality is the characteristic of any action, belief, or desire, that makes their choice a necessity.[1] It is a normative concept about the reasoning in the sense that rational people should derive conclusions in a consistent way given the information at disposal.
  13. 13.  In process of personality development person should apply empathy internally that means “ put your self into other persons shoes and think accordingly” empathy help to make understand others very well with good long term relationship.
  14. 14.  Positive attitude helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful. With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life.

  30. 30. When a person knows ones own personality and iswilling to share ideas, thoughts feelings and values withothers, that person is called an “open self ” personality. In service sectors like hospitality and aviation it is veryimportant that one should be an open self personality towork successfully. He should be very clear to others. Heshould share what he knows without shyness, uncertainityor lack of confidence. He should know himself better thanothers know about him. He should make conscious andconstructive interpersonal relations.

  32. 32. Transactional AnalysisTransactional analysis, commonly known as TA toits adherents, is an integrative approach to the theoryof psychology and psychotherapy. It is described asintegrative because it has elements of psychoanalytic,humanist and cognitive approaches. TA was firstdeveloped by Canadian-born US psychiatrist, EricBerne, starting in the late 1950s.
  33. 33.  Each and every human being behaving in different ego states depending upon moment and person. Parent ego state Adult ego state Child ego state “Most of the time I am in Adult and Parent ego states”
  34. 34. I am responsible person in my family so…  When I am taking any decisions I always take my parents suggestion with prior intimation.  With my brother I deal maturely and with responsibility.  I take care of my family and I respect their orders. Parent Ego State ◦ Some time I advise my friend with parents ego state like ‘please don’t do this… do this… it will give you benefits’. ◦ I advice my friends and my family for their advantage.

In my Group we are five members we visited SelectCity Walk Mall in Saket , New Delhi and we askedsome questions to some workers & Team of them said that he is satisfied with his job &one of them said that he is not satisfied with his jobbecause salary is not good and work is very tough.Team Leader Mr. Gaurav said that he is very muchsatisfied about his Job.

  39. 39. What are moral values?Morality as it relates to our behavior is important on three levels.Renowned thinker, scholar and author C.S. Lewis defines them as:(1) to ensure fair play and harmony between individuals; (2) tohelp make us good people in order to have a good society; and (3)to keep us in a good relationship with the power that created us.Based on this definition, its clear that our beliefs are critical to ourmoral behavior.

  41. 41. Moral Value from “Panchtantra story” The Musical Donkey Once upon a time, there was an old thin donkey who used to carry clothes and other burdens for his master. At night he was free to wander as he liked.  One night, he met a jackal and they both went out in search of food. They found a garden filled with cucumbers and helped themselves to a delicious meal. After that they returned every night to the garden to eat cucumbers. And so the donkey started looking healthy and fat. 
  42. 42. One night, after a particularly tasty meal, the donkey wasoverwhelmed with happiness and he told the jackal hewanted to sing a song. The jackal immediately told himnot to do any such thing! He warned the donkey thatthey were thieves so it was not a good idea to make noiseand attract the farmers attention. If they were caught,they would be beaten. But the donkey insisted on singing.The jackal told thedonkey that his voice was not sweet.The donkey wasupset and thought that the jackal was jealous of him.Thejackal warned the donkey again that if he did sing, thefarmers would come and reward him in a way that hewould not like. 
  43. 43. But the donkey started singing, and the jackal decidedto wait outside the garden.When the farmers heardthe donkey braying, they rushed out to beat him. Thedonkey fell down and the farmers tied a heavy stonearound his neck. Somehow the donkey dragged himself out to thewaiting jackal. The jackal congratulated him on hisreward.The donkey realised his mistake andapologised to the jackal for not listening to the goodadvice.MORAL : He who has no wits of his own or does notheed advice of good friends, perishes like the donkey
  44. 44. I feel some Big changes in me because of them and those factors which I learnt in Personality development. Now I realize the importance of time management. Now I realize importance of Leadership.
