Per KW / KVA Sanctioned Load / Contract Demand Residential 200/- (Two Hundred) LT Industries 500/- (Five Hundred) LT Commercial / Temporary supply 1000/- (One Thousand) HT Industrial 1200/- (One Thousand Two Hundred) HT Commercial / Temporary supply 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) NOTES : a) Tata Power approved tariff along with applicable wheeling charges are attached herewith for f) Power Supply Application Form (PSAF) for Power Supply for Common services (example - ready reference (Ref. Annexure - 4). Lift, Staircase, Compound, Garden, Water Pump, Gymnasium etc. in Societies is to be accompained by b) Units billed shall be computed on energy consumed + wheeling losses as prescribed by MERC = Society Registration / Society PAN Card Copy from time to time (Ref. Eg. meter showing consumption of 100 Units, Billing = Written application on society letter head with sign and stamp Units shall be 109.90 Units for LT Consumers. = of Latest paid R-Infra energy bill (front and back) along with payment proof. Photo Copy c) In case an entire society wishes to changeover then individual (PSAF) forms for every Flat / = Proof of Identity of Authorised Signatory. Gala / Unit Owner along with documents mentioned in point 2 above need to be submitted. g) To avail Electricity Duty exemption kindly provide Electricity Duty exemption eligibility certificate d) It is recommended that the document may be submitted completed in all respects at least along with the necessary documents from relevant authority in favour of Tata Power. 7 (seven) working days prior to next meter reading date as mentioned in Reliance Energy bill. h) Please do provide your Mobile Number & Email Address to enable us to send you instant SMS & e) Applicant may issue single cheque for combined amount of Security Deposit and Application Emails regarding your application status & processing, billing details and such value added services. processing charges for each application. Cheques to be drawn in favour of “The Tata Power Company Limited”.
