MTROn Pack Promotion for MTR with Voicecall•On the purchase of select MTR products, thecustomer gets a Unique code which is printed on thepack.•The user has to sms MTR<space>Unique Code to58558.•Our mechanism checks for the unique code & incaseits valid, sends out an auto reply to the user.•A Randomizer is then used to select winners•A physical calls are made by agents to informparticipant about their gratification.

Vanish Ringtone on 58558•Vanish Jingle was converted into a ringtone & hosted onto Mobile2win’s server.•A Call For Action (CFA) was heavily promoted through TVC’s & Print Ads where by user had tosms VANISH to 58558 to receive the ringtone for free.•Once an active GPRS user sms VANISH to 58558 a response message was sent with a URL.•On clicking the URL the ringtone was downloaded onto the phone. T•This was a special HOLI offer.
