Action Status <ul><li>Move and click your mouse over the arrow to the right of the “Status” box </li></ul><ul><li>This opens a drop down menu of choices </li></ul><ul><li>Choose the appropriate status for the action </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Pending = the action has not happened yet </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Closed = the action is complete </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Closed with Follow Up Required = THIS action is closed, but requires further action such as a follow up phone call or E-mail </li></ul></ul>

Action Status <ul><li>If the Action is completed </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Move and click your mouse in the checkbox to the left of the “Action Completed on” field </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Then record the date the action was completed by clicking your mouse on the calendar to the right of the “Action Completed on” field and select the appropriate date that the action was completed </li></ul></ul><ul><li>If the Action is NOT yet completed </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Leave both of these fields BLANK </li></ul></ul>

Action Status <ul><li>Fill in the constituent’s phone number that was used for the Action </li></ul><ul><ul><li>ONLY IF THIS ACTION WAS A PHONE CALL </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Click your mouse on the arrow to the right of the “Phone” field and select the appropriate phone number used for the action </li></ul>Click here to record the phone number used for the Action, only if this was the method used.
