Battlefield 3 to be released on 25 th October 2011. (1.0 and 2.0)

Destructible environments such as buildings, walls and fences. A regenerating health system.   3. 4. Textures/Graphics/Shaders . Level of Detail and shadow detail make a difference. Texture Quality: No Change in texture quality Shadow Quality: Differs with HBAO. Anisotropic Filter: Anisotropic Filter has effect when changed from 1x to 8x, but 16x doesn't improve the quality. HBAO (Horizon-Based Ambient Occlusion): creates some nice lighting effects, especially in dark corners of rooms. Field Of View: Wider the monitor, wider the horizontal FOV; you actually see more on the sides of the screen.
