  4. 4. NSF stands for north south foundation This program provides educational opportunities for Undergraduate Students . This program provides indirect funding for students at this level or focuses on educational developments for this group such as curricula development, training or retention.
  5. 5.  ACS sponsors scholarship programs for qualified applicants who want to enter the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemical technology and teaching. The programs aim to encourage diversity among applicants and build awareness of the value and rewards associated with careers in science and technology.  Award will be $5000.

  7. 7.  National Talent Search Scheme is a flagship activity of the NCERT started in the year 1963. The purpose of the scheme was to identify talented students and nurture their talent. Talent refers to the potentiality that manifests itself in a high level of performance in one or more specialized areas.  On the basis of the examination conducts, 1000 scholarships will be awarded for each group of students appearing for class-X examination. The amount of scholarship will be Rs 500/- per month as per NTS rules
  8. 8.  The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) invites applications from eligible students for scholarship on the basis of examinations conducted by the board. The application forms available on www.cbse.nic.in have all the details regarding the eligibility conditions. The scholarship awarded shall be renewed on a year-to-year basis till the successful completion of the chosen course of study in the school.
