For professionals and amateurs alike, golf puts a lot of strain on muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. This usually leads to common golf injuries. Proper stretching and correct posture can help prevent injuries in general. However, there are specific measures you can take to prevent each of the injuries discussed below to help you avoid them during your golf vacation in Arizona.

When you feel your back aching,rest for a while to relive the pain. Relax your back to ease the pressure.You can use ice packs to soothe your back.
