Consider two new ideas in motivation that managers are using.
Solution
motivation is an inner force which drives a person to do or to achieve something. means to get
something one has to do something, so to do it he expects something. some may interested at
money, some in power and some in satisfaction.
usually in organisations, managers use two types of strategies to motivate thier employees
namely monetary motivational incentives and non monetary incentives.
in monetary incentives, employee will offer a benefit interms of money and equivalant if he
achieve something in a given circumstances. exmaples is incentives, commissions, bonus etc.
some times it may be like travel trip to his family, or any other benefits like providing quarters or
some aditional benefits.
the other one is non monetary benefits like increase in the designation, adding more
responsibilities, giving more importance and weightage in the process etc.
what ever the strategy, the main motive is employee has to achieve the set task or target by the
organisation only.

Solution motivation is an inner force which drives a person to do or to achieve something. means to get something one has to do something, so to do it he expects something. some may interested at money, some in power and some in satisfaction. usually in organisations, managers use two types of strategies to motivate thier employees namely monetary motivational incentives and non monetary incentives. in monetary incentives, employee will offer a benefit interms of money and equivalant if he achieve something in a given circumstances. exmaples is incentives, commissions, bonus etc. some times it may be like travel trip to his family, or any other benefits like providing quarters or some aditional benefits. the other one is non monetary benefits like increase in the designation, adding more responsibilities, giving more importance and weightage in the process etc. what ever the strategy, the main motive is employee has to achieve the set task or target by the organisation only.
