What’s not working? <ul><li>Not all of the HR staff members are able attend the monthly divisional meetings </li></ul><ul><li>Occasionally, there is a lack of consistency in information given to our clients or co-workers </li></ul><ul><li>There are members of the HR staff that are unfamiliar with the duties and responsibilities of other departments within the division </li></ul><ul><li>Employees do not know each other very well </li></ul>Dallas, Texas Privileged and Confidential

Not all of the HR staff members are able attend the monthly divisional meetings <ul><li>Plan Implemented </li></ul><ul><li>Presentations from HR Division meeting will be placed on the “M” drive </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If a power point presentation is not used a brief summary should be created by the speaker </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Shirley Watkins is responsible for ensuring the documents are posted, as well as, maintaining the folders/filing system </li></ul></ul><ul><li>HR Division meetings will be scheduled at a consistent date and time </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Last Thursday of the month, 2:00-3:30 </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Occupational Health and the Satellite Office can post that they will be unavailable during the meeting times </li></ul>Dallas, Texas Privileged and Confidential
