Monkfish With Romesco

  2. 2. MONKFISH WITH ROMESCO <ul><li>Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 onion, 1 monkfish (1 Kilo aprox), some flour, 300 grs. of clamps, romesco sauce, half glass of water, some parsley and salt. </li></ul><ul><li>Get the onion sliced very thin and cook until it gets transparent. </li></ul>
  3. 3. MONKFISH WITH ROMESCO <ul><li>Put the monkfish which has already been salted on the flour and fry in the same earthenware. </li></ul><ul><li>1-2 minutes per side. </li></ul><ul><li>Add the clamps and the romesco sauce. </li></ul>
  4. 4. MONKFISH WITH ROMESCO <ul><li>Shake the dish and </li></ul><ul><li>Add half glass of water. And cook for 5 minutes. </li></ul>
