  5. 5. The gypboard ceiling hides the mechanical and electrical distribution systems. <br />

  20. 20. Salvaged granite blocks will fill in the balustrade gap, steps will be set with precast terrazzo tiles, marble walls will be repaired and cleaned, and new stainless steel rails will be installed.<br />
