We are an independent specialist in Corporate Finance in Italy, with
focus in M&A in: Food & Beverage, Retail and Consumer Goods
sectors. Established in 2007 in Padua by founding partners Aldo
Cattapan and Paolo Cattapan, we offer strategic and financial
advisory to our clients: Entrepreneurs, Board of Directors, Managers,
Institutional and Private Investors.
We help our clients to achieve their strtegic goals providing
innovative and qualified advisory services thanks to a balanced

of several business assets.
President of Inda Trade Srl, a trading company
based in Milan, Italy, active in supplying
materials and plants to food industry in Central
East Europe.
