Located in New York, Warner music group was initially founded as Warner Brothers Records founded in 1954 and only became known as Warner music group in 2004. For years from then the company is churning out a net income of around $56 billion! Despite this however it is still only the 3rd largest out of big 4!!!!

EMI is the only company out of the big for that is based in Britain, this does not mean to say however they do not serve artists, consumers and partners all over the world. EMI was first founded back in 1931 by Emily Berliner, it was only until 1993 that EMI established its first website which was the first to stream a full album by 1998! By 2008 they had over 5000 employees and by 2009 they were making a massive £1.072 billion revenue!
