2. Nice and Easy
First of all I'd just like to say thanks for getting my free packet of SMF forums. This
is one of my own unique packets and hasn't been sold or shared. Not until now
anyway.
The packet contains 100 individual SMF forums with varying domain page rank from
PR1 domains up to PR6. I have personally verified each and every forum so I know
they are good to go.

24 x PR3
24 x PR2
11 x PR1
You can either register to these forums manually, or by using Sick Submitter you can
automate the whole process from registration right through to actually creating your
profile and your backlinks. I think you will agree that automation is the key to saving
huge amounts of time.
Anyway, enough of that. So here's how to quickly get started using this packet with
Sick Submitter.

3. Step 1 - Account Creation
This is the first screen you see when starting up the software. You can enter your own
info into the boxes, or hit the generate button in the bottom left corner and it will
generate account info for you.
All text fields are spinnable so you can spin your user name for example. When
registering to a list of forums, the software remembers what user name, password, etc
has been used for each forum.
You will have to enter a real email and your email password so that the software can
connect to your email account and verify and then delete ( if you want it to )
confirmation emails. One thing I always do is type in my email into the email box on
the left and then paste it into the email box on the right. Once you have entered your
email info, hit the test button and Sick will make sure it can connect to your account.
The last thing you want to do is register to a big list of forums then realise you have
miss spelt your email!
Once you have filled in all the required fields, hit the Save As button in the bottom
right corner and then you can save that account info under a name of your choosing.

4. Step 2 – List Wizard
The next step is quite straight forward. Click on the tab that says List Wizard. Open
the free forum packet list with notepad. The list includes the forum URLs and the
domain PR. You can select and copy the whole list and paste it straight into the big
white box where it says URL List.
Once you have done this, click the drop down menu tab under Select Template. Then
just go ahead and select SMF forum.sic. Now you can hit the bottom right box where
it says Create And Save List, then just name your list and your done. Simple!

5. Step 3 – Profile Submitter
This step is a little more complicated, but not much so don't worry.
To make thing's simple I'm not going to explain what does what, I'm just going to
suggest what you should do.
First click on the Site List dd menu and select the SMF list you created in the
previous step.
When Sick has loaded your list into the big white area then you can click on the
Check All tab, tick the Register box, press start, and away she goes.
Keep this in mind. Once Sick has gone through the whole process from registration to
creating your profile and backlinks you can use the same list over and over. Just
create a new account and use the list again.

6. Other Considerations
There are some things you may like to do before letting Sick Submitter rip with
registering to your forum packet list..
Proxies You may want to use proxies when using Sick Submitter.. Sick has it's own
free proxy harvester so it's easy to go and find a nice big list of free proxies and then
test them to filter out any slow or dead proxies. You can also use private proxies if
you have them.
Captchas When registering to these forums you will find they all use captcha solving
to help make sure you are human. You can either manually enter these captures or
you can sign up to a capture solving service that will solve the captures for you.

Some Advice
Time Formats Once you have registered to your list of forums it's best to wait a few
hours before setting Sick off to check your emails. First of all you want to check your
spam folder for any emails from the forums you have registered to. If you find any in
there, and no doubt you will, you want to put these into your inbox. Wait at least a
couple of days and do this step again.
Then wait for at least 3 more days before getting Sick to make your profile. By doing
this you will stand more chance of your profile and backlinks sticking than going and
making your profile immediately after registration. That will just shout out spammer
alert to any wary admins.
Virus protection I have experienced the frustration of getting a virus while using Sick
Submitter. So far it has only happened to me once, and I learn from my mistakes.
To best protect yourself, make sure you are using a good anti virus software. This will
help protect you a lot, but nothing is 100% safe.
An extra protection I use is to use something called Sandboxie. Again, nothing is
completely safe but every bit of protection helps.
Sandboxie is free to use, and you can run Sick Submitter within Sandboxie which is
basically a separate environment to the rest of your computer. What Sandboxie does
is to keep anything running within it, in it. For a better understanding of how
