  2. 2. “ The Greatest Save” Campaign <ul><li>Twenty-eight (28) of the Thirty (30) Major League Baseball teams have supported KinderVision since 1991. </li></ul><ul><li>KinderVision has been on-site providing resources for ten (10) MLB All-Star Game/FanFests </li></ul><ul><li>KinderVision has been on-site at Negro Leagues Baseball Museum/Kansas City </li></ul><ul><li>KinderVision has been on-site for multiple Urban Youth Baseball Academy events. Darrell Miller, Urban Youth Academy’s VP, has sat on the KV National Advisory Board for over 18 years. </li></ul><ul><li>Former VP of Security and Operations for MLB, Kevin Hallinan sits on the KV Law Enforcement Advisory Board. </li></ul><ul><li>Original “The Greatest Save” Team consists of Rollie Fingers, Bruce Sutter, Goose Gossage, Dennis Eckersley, Sparky Lyle, Lee Smith, Trevor Hoffman and Mariano Rivera. </li></ul><ul><li>Total number MLB stadium appearances since 1992: 185 ( with multiple state and local law enforcement agency appearances on site at these events) </li></ul><ul><li>Total approximate number children participating at MLB events since 1992: 82,500 (with videos/DVDs going home to be shown to family & friends expanding the outreach exponentially) </li></ul>KinderVision (The Greatest Save), the national personal safety education program, began in 1991 as the result of the kidnapping and murder of a 7 year old little girl. Offered in English and Spanish, our material and resources were created with input from law enforcement for children K-12, The goal of The Greatest Save is to teach personal safety in a manner that heightens awareness and promotes instinctive responses to protect children, teens, and young adults from sexual predators.
