  1. 1. Traditional cheese is more popular than organic cheese, but the organic cheese market is rising. They don't use any chemicals on Robin's organic farm, if they use antibiotics on their animals, they don't use the animals products for a year. They let some cheeses mature for a year before they eat or sell them. Organic cheese is healthier and better for you, Robin believes it is more pleasurable. Vintage cheese is the hardest to make. The animals are on a special diet, with minerals in the plants, to make the cheese healthier and better for you. Skype Session With Robin Greer I really enjoyed the skype session with Robin Greer. I learnt Heaps, like if you have an organic farm, and you use chemicals or antibiotics on the animals, you have to wait a year before you use any of that animal’s products. I still really want to know why Robin decided to have an organic farm, instead of a normal farm.
