Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) <ul><li>All RTOs are registered and audited against the AQTF standards for RTOs </li></ul><ul><li>It is a requirement of registration for an RTO to document business and strategic plans </li></ul><ul><li>An RTO needs to have documented strategies, processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and equitable practices </li></ul>

Quality arrangements for clients include: <ul><li>Enrolment and induction or orientation </li></ul><ul><li>Complaints, grievances and appeals </li></ul><ul><li>Assessment, including recognition of prior learning (RPL), pre-assessment and appeals </li></ul><ul><li>Identification of training support requirements, for example language, literacy or numeracy needs </li></ul>
