MY UNIFYING PHILOSOPHY – Leadership quote from a key leader at the Army’sInfantry School in December of 1992:- “Things will be tough - life in the infantry isnt easy, there will be wars, some ofyou will remain married - some of you wont, but remember in lifes struggles,"ITs JUST A BLADE OF GRASS...DRIVE ON!”- Essentially – what the Colonel was saying is that life is full of obstaclesand hard-ship and that it’s not over till it’s over, this was a short lesson instaying focused and one that will serve me well in the pursuit of adoctorate…I have never seen Colonel who made these remarks since that finalday at the infantry school; however, I have consistently referred to it(quote) as asource of motivation over the course of my life - it keeps me on track!NextPage
