receive your enquiry and 3D CAD file, we will review each
of your parts carefully and verify the manufacturability.
Based on our knowledge and experience, we will assist
you in selecting the best prototype method to meet your
quality expectations and budget needs.
Electronic system design is essential for crafting an
electronics prototype and documenting the business logic
of the solution assembly process. Our clients receive a
detailed vision of their project through a single product
requirements document. The document specifies the
project plan and budget, product requirements, solution
architecture, CPU characteristics, memory interfaces and
communication protocols, and estimated cost of
manufacturing.

DESIGN
Thanks to the internal technical department, it develops
a project (whether or not derived from a feasibility
study), using an always updated CAD design system,
with unraveling of wiring diagrams and 3D projections,
in order to achieve the best layout of the printed circuit
board of the future product.
We are also able to design and develop
both the software and the firmware of the
product, thanks to the use of all the most
advanced development systems in the
industry.

PRODUCTION
For the production of boards with components
in through-hole technology (Through Hole
Technology), both manual and with automatic
welding machines, the assembly stations are
all composed of the latest generation
equipment, pre-forming machines for both
taped and loose components, automatic and
semi-automatic assembly systems.
The internal department of SMT (Surface Mount
Technology) is made up of highly qualified personnel and
the latest technology machinery: fully automated systems
that allow maximum precision and process repetitiveness
with a production capacity of over 20,000
components/hour.

The SMT line used allows the production of boards with
SMD components of any size and type according to the
IPC-A-610E standard: resistors and capacitors up to
01005, BGA (Ball Grid Array) and µBGA, QFP, TSOP,
SSOP, SOJ, PLCC, QFN, Pin-In-Paste components.

TEST
JOULEHUB’s highly specialized technical staff, is able to perform any kind of functional test required, both using
the specifications and equipment provided by the customer, and independently developing special equipment able
to perform the different types of tests required. In this way JOULEHUB guarantees the design of the test machine,
the development of the necessary SW, the realization of the HW and the setting up of the testing machine. In the
hypothesis of high production, JOULEHUB realizes automatic test benches that use needle beds for both effective
and efficient testing. The instrumentation used also has an adequate fleet of instruments (oscilloscopes, digital
multimeters, waveform generators, etc.) managed under periodic scheduled maintenance.
