Educational Gymnastics
Introduces the basic movement skills for body mechanics, self-testing skills, basic motor
skills, perceptual and manipulative skills and other health and physical fitness.

Rhythmic Activities
Introduces the basic rhythmic movement skill used and learning and creating simple
natural dances, basic dances steps and dances needed in the correct interpretation and
performance of various folk dances.

Fundamental sports skills in any two of the team sports such as in volleyball, softball,
