ISO also have the added benefits :  Increased profitability/ margins Increased customer satisfaction Optimization of Resource Usage (staff, equipment, materials, etc.) Improvement in Transparency of Operation • ISO stresses employees. No, ISO is not just for certification. It is meant for continual improvement to meet the benefits mentioned above. • We can do well without ISO, we are getting by without it. Yes, but the company will get more benefits from its investments to ISO.
