The database is added to daily as we identify new candidates who fit the broad requirements of our clients. Monarch Recruitment has consultants who work within regional teams, each team covering a geographical area within the UK. These are divided as follows: • Midlands • South of England • London • North of England • Thames Valley • Wales • Scotland • South West Within each geographical team are a number of consultants of varying seniority, each of which specialise in a particular technical market e.g. Microsoft Technologies. This detailed industry knowledge means we have unrivalled candidate delivery capability and can also provide valuable consultancy to our clients on which local skills are available. In addition, where skills shortfalls become evident, our staff can immediately instigate candidate attraction strategies aimed at ensuring we can consistently provide the staff required by our clients. In addition to the geographical specialisation of consultants, Monarch also has a UK Major Accounts Team which focuses on the provision of services to our largest clients ensuring excellent customer provision and dedicated resources. A high profile advertising strategy over the last 17 years has ensured a constant stream of high quality IT professionals registering with us. Many of the candidates on the Monarch database have worked for Monarch on numerous occasions on contracts or have returned for their next permanent career move. IT professionals favour the use of the internet when looking for work. It is for this reason that our marketing department and advertising resources specifically focus on this media. Our commitment to continuous investment and utilisation of digital media is a strategic business priority. As previously stated Monarch has a candidate pool in excess of 500,000 candidates of which over 150,000 are actively seeking opportunities. Arrange a meeting to be conducted on site To understand your business and communicate the opportunity to candidates effectively. Project Plan This agrees the specific skills and the recruitment process and allocates a dedicated resource team to work on the project. Allocated Resource / Database This will enable me to market your requirement to a number of pre-screened candidates generated using Monarch Recruitments bespoke database search. We will also call through lists of candidates, being pro- active and targeting the strongest candidates currently in that market. Advertise your position on the leading recruitment job boards Maximising the opportunity to get the best candidates currently in the market. My resource team will then screen the response with two specific checks: – are they qualified and capable? – are they enthusiastic? Monarch Recruitment Limited has been operating in the supply of temporary, interim/contract (Ltd Company) and permanent IT professionals since 1992. A strong management team, efficient working practices and successful business model has allowed the company to grow organically, supported by internal cash generation without the reliance on debt finance. The company now employs 135 people and in the last 2 years has placed in excess of 2,000 IT professionals into either permanent, temporary or contract roles. Monarch supplies to a broad range of clients including small to medium-sized enterprises, large multinationals, local and central government. Monarch Recruitment has been selected as a supplier by:- • Buying Solutions (previously OGC), to join the exclusive Catalist IS/IT Specialist framework agreement to supply the Public sector – Central and Local Government. Acceptance to this prestigious framework entailed a meticulous selection process to ensure that Monarch had the ability to supply the quality and quantity of IT contractors required • NHS – PASA framework to supply temporary and permanent ICT staff to the NHS • The Ministry of Justice – Monarch has successfully supplied to the MOJ for 4 years. A recent retendering exercise reduced the supplier list of 13 and Monarch is now one of 3 suppliers. For the current year Monarch has filled in excess of 50% of all requirements. • The Metropolitan Police – Monarch has been a supplier for 2.5 years and annual spend is in excess of £1.8M. All staff are security checked by the Monarch account manager who is a Nominated Security Controller for the Metropolitan Police and conducts CTC (Counter Terrorist Checks). Many of the 500,000 IT candidates on the Monarch database have worked on assignment many times; they have impeccable references and have successfully completed numerous high profile projects.
