  10. 10. VERY IMPORTANT POINTS. • Many make a mistake starting with selecting tools. Social media is not about Facebook or Twitter. • Social media is about two-way communication with real people online. And communications practices have remained unchanged. • I recommend you start with defining your goals, audiences and the message prior to choosing the new media tools you want to use.
