One aspect of religions is; the concepts; and the other aspect of religion is precepts of behaviors in individual and social life. It is important to study the religions from physiological point of view, so that it would be possible to comprehend how the concepts of religion help you to blossom and realize your true self
  3. 3. and how behavior determines your health. Physiological study would also explain and endow insight into how sins actually constitute health hazards and how good deeds constitute acts of promoting holistic health! The Hindu ritual of pooja i.e. worshiping God in morning at home; includes taking bath, practicing pranayama, reciting or chanting Gayatri Mantra, lighting ghee lamp, offering medicinal
