Start in advance of work commencing and continue through the iteration. Implement IBM Verse. Help people get the most from the system. Explain how to use it, some tricks and tips, how to achieve more. Demonstrate how it helps them and tweak it to their exact requirements. Be available in a manner that suits your users. Vocal and visible support encourages your users to use the system, develop their skills and seek and provide support. Review what worked, what went well, what didn’t. Adjust your plans, materials, approach for the next iteration.
